Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Verifier with 1-2 years of experience in Final Expense verification. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in verifying customer information and transferring calls to closers after confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer information for Final Expense insurance policies.
• Confirm details and ensure compliance with campaign standards.
• Conduct final verification calls to confirm customer understanding.
• Transfer verified calls to closers for finalization.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls for verification.
• Collaborate with sales and quality assurance teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all verifications.

Qualifications:

• Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a Verifier in the Final Expense industry?
• Are you able to handle inbound and outbound calls for verification purposes?
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
