Blue Karrots is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Closer to join our Final Expense telesales team. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who can consistently convert qualified leads, maximize revenue, and provide mentorship to junior closers when needed.

🔺Requirements

▪️2–3+ years of experience as a closer in Final Expense insurance telesales (US market preferred)

.▪️Strong knowledge of Final Expense products and telesales processes.

▪️Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

.▪️Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targ

ets.▪️Ability to work US business hours (evening/night shifts if offshore).
