Description:
QF Network is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Expert to join our UI/UX design team, focused on creating intuitive and user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
This role is ideal for entry-level to expert designers who have a strong command of Figma as their primary design tool and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps based on product requirements.
- Apply user-centered and responsive design principles across all projects.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand and UI consistency.
- Create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions using Figma, including animation effects and transitions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams for smooth design handoff.
- Review designs based on feedback, usability standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
- Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, including wireframing and prototyping.
- Clear understanding of UI/UX concepts, usability, and responsive design.
- Experience with user journey mapping and interaction design.
- Ability to create and manage design systems while maintaining brand consistency.
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
