At Alkuobond, we are looking for an energetic and reliable Field Sales Executive to promote ACP products at construction sites. The role involves daily field visits, meeting industry professionals, presenting products, and converting leads into sales through consistent follow-ups and reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Visit active construction sites daily to identify potential ACP requirements 2. Meet contractors, architects, builders, fabricators, and consultants 3. Present ACP products using samples and professional demonstrations 4. Explain product features, specifications, and usage benefits clearly 5. Collect project details (stage, requirements, timelines, decision-makers) 6. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships 7. Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance summaries 8. Track competitor activities and market trends 9. Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales 10. Maintain an organized database of sites and client contacts 11. Travel to other cities when required for major projects Required Skills • Strong communication and convincing skills • Confidence in fieldwork and site interactions • Self-motivated, alert, and trustworthy • Good reporting and presentation skills • Basic knowledge of construction materials (preferred) Qualification & Experience • Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience (construction materials preferred) • Fresh candidates with confidence and willingness to learn can also apply
