Jagoo.pk is looking for Field Sales Officer
Responsibilities
- Close new deals at high rates
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory or industry (Textile)
- Travel throughout the territory and visits customers on recurring bases
- Develop long term relationships with wholesalers and distributors to buy through our B2B E-Commerce marketplace
- Generate orders of specific products directly by wholesalers and distributors, to be provided by the manufacturers through our platform
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Maintain records of all sales leads or customer accounts.
- Represent the Brand during all customers and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
- Advertise all of Jagoo’s aspects with all the tools provided by us
Requirements
- Proven experience as a salesman/field sales agent
- In depth knowledge and experience of how Azam Market works and operates
- Able to understand the vision and convey it to people
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- Working knowledge and relevant experience in the textile sector, with major focus on the garments industry
- Experience in E-Commerce
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Urdu, Punjabi & English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- BSc, BA, or BBA Graduate, MBA would be a plus
Experience required: 3 years +
Cell phone and tablet will be provided, along with a desk for all office related work (Jagoo admin portal)
Working days and hours: Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm
Commission: Up to 1% of the sales made.
