Key Responsibilities:
✅ Execute brand activation campaigns
✅ Manage agencies, promoters, and vendors
✅ Coordinate activations, product sampling, and promotions
✅ Support sponsorships and youth engagement initiatives
✅ Ensure POSM execution and brand visibility
✅ Monitor campaign budgets and performance

Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
✔️ 3–4 years of experience in FMCG activation, field marketing, or trade marketing
✔️ Strong project and people management skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
✔️ Valid driving license
