🔬 Position: Field Manager – Oncology

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the field team for effective oncology detailing

Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets

Execute promotional strategies with a strong scientific approach

Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists and key stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in Oncology (Field Manager / Senior role preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines

Karachi-based candidates preferred
