Field Education Officer

Description:

To effectively coordinate with the GCT School Secretariat and uphold GCT regulations, schools, communities, and relevant authorities while upholding professionalism, integrity, and dedication. Commit to the Nasb-ul-Ain of GCT Schools and follow agreed programs and procedure diligently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the code of conduct and oversee the enforcement of GCT policies within specific domains.
• Support Regional Managers in overseeing Academic, Administrative/HR, and Financial affairs.
• Conduct regular visits to schools for policy and procedure implementation.
• Develop school level budgets.
• Maintain and manage school records in both physical and digital formats.
• Aid principals in school registration processes.
• Supervise co-curricular activities within schools.
• Organize training sessions for school teachers and collaborate with the Regional Manager in assessing training requirements.
• Ensure syllabus completetion and oversee the examination procedures within schools.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate hold a bachelor degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience, particularly in Education Management and Training Development.
