Field Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Coordinator-North to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field-level coordination, partners & stakeholders’ engagement, data collection, and supporting projects in alignment with organizational’ s monitoring standards.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Coordinate and communicate with implementing partners (IPs) in the field.

§ Support data collection and ensure data quality.

§ Assist in planning and coordinating field-level events, meetings, and training sessions.

§ Oversee all projects in the northern region, including monitoring, supervision, communication, and reporting.

§ Coordinate project activities and maintain effective communication with the Head Office.

§ Engage effectively with community stakeholders, beneficiaries, and local partners.

§ Collect, verify, and submit field data accurately and within required timelines.

§ Support project planning, design, and the development of monitoring tools.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.

· At least 4-5 years of experience in fieldwork or community-based projects (NGO/INGO experience preferred).

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to travel frequently and work in diverse field environments.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

· Proficiency in English Language, written and spoken
