👩 Position: Female Truck Dispatch Agent
📍 Location: On-site
🕕 Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of truck dispatch experience required
💰 Salary Competitive — depends on experience & performance
📋 Responsibilities:
🔹 Find and book profitable loads for owner-operators and company drivers
🔹 Negotiate rates with brokers
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
🔹 Plan efficient routes and maximize earnings
🔹 Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers
🔹 Track loads and provide timely updates
🔹 Ensure smooth and on-time pickup & delivery
✅ Requirements:
* Previous US truck dispatch experience
* Good knowledge of the US trucking market
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Good English communication
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
* Responsible, organized, and target-oriented
