As a Sales Executive, your core responsibility will be to approach and onboard tech companies such as IT firms, startups, and software houses across Pakistan, offering them our premium recruitment solutions. This role requires a persuasive personality, strong communication skills, and the drive to close B2B deals in the technology sector.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to tech companies (startups, software houses, IT firms) across Pakistan.

• Pitch our recruitment services to HR professionals and decision-makers.

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate service agreements.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client hiring needs.

• Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only (in line with company policy).

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, B2B business development, or recruitment agency roles.

  • Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu.

• Confident, presentable, and highly motivated to meet and exceed targets.

• A basic understanding of tech job roles (like developers, designers, QA engineers) is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools will be considered a bonus.
