We are hiring a full-time Female Pharmacist dedicated to improving community health through expert pharmaceutical care and education. The role involves organizing and leading skincare medical camps to provide consultations and treatments for various skin conditions, ensuring patients receive quality care. The pharmacist will also train and mentor new pharmacy staff, promoting adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. A unique part of this position includes developing and hosting educational podcasts aimed at sharing pharmaceutical knowledge and raising health awareness in the community. Accurate medication dispensation and patient counseling regarding medication usage and side effects are critical responsibilities. Collaboration with healthcare professionals is essential to deliver optimal patient care and improve community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead community skincare medical camps providing consultations and treatments.

• Train and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.

• Develop and host educational podcasts to promote pharmaceutical knowledge and health awareness.

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications and counsel patients on usage and side effects.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid pharmacist license in Pakistan.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in community outreach and staff training is advantageous.
