Job Description: Managing Director of a reputable company is looking for someone who can fill in the position of Personal Assistant / administrator must be really Energetic and Highly Organized and able to Multitask. Must have Strong Communications skill in English Language (Verbal & Written)  Past relevant experience would be an asset.  Proven Experience in Customer Services & Ability to strongly follow up the leads  Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls  Managing diaries and Organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive  Booking and Arranging travel, transport and accommodation  Organizing events and conferences  Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines  Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence  Managing databases and filing systems  Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients  Ad-hoc personnel errands as required Excellent Salary will be offered to the right candidate. Job Type: Regular Office based Timing: Night Shift (6:00pm-3:00am) Office Address: E-11/1 Islamabad.
