Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Market and manage bench consultants to clients and vendors
✔️ Run effective email marketing campaigns for lead generation & closures
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors
✔️ Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations
✔️ Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors
✔️ Maintain an updated database of consultants, clients, and vendors
✔️ Collaborate with the team and work effectively in US time zone
✔️ Use Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 Prior experience in Bench Sales or IT consulting recruitment
🔹 Strong skills in email marketing & lead generation
🔹 Excellent communication (written & verbal) with good English proficiency
🔹 Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
🔹 Ability to multitask and work independently
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
🔹 Must have a reliable laptop/system
