Fashion Intern

We are seeking a passionate and creative Fashion Design Intern to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry and contribute to the development of our upcoming collections. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong design sensibility and a keen interest in fashion trends.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to assist in the conceptualization and development of new fashion collections.
• Conduct trend research and create mood boards to inspire design concepts.
• Assist in sketching designs and creating technical drawings for production.
• Participate in fabric sourcing and selection processes.
• Support the team during fittings and assist in making adjustments to prototypes.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the design studio and sample library.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion design program.
• Strong understanding of design principles and fashion trends.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent sketching and illustration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization.
