Our client, a progressive agri-tech company, is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a controlled-environment farming facility in Dhabeji, Sindh. The role involves managing crop production, plant health, irrigation systems, environmental controls, harvesting operations, staff supervision, and farm reporting.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in modern farming systems, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for high-value crop cultivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily farm operations and crop production activities.
• Monitor plant health, growth, nutrition, and environmental conditions.
• Oversee irrigation and fertigation systems to ensure optimal crop performance.
• Implement crop protection measures, pest and disease management protocols.
• Maintain hygiene, biosecurity, and operational standards across the facility.
• Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks effectively.
• Coordinate harvesting, grading, packing, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate production records and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with farm procedures and safety standards.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in one or more of the following:
• Hydroponics Farming
• Greenhouse Farming
• Tissue Culture
• Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA)
