𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Faculty of Management Lecturer is a full-time, on-site and remote. The lecturer will design and deliver management-related courses, prepare lesson plans, and conduct interactive lectures and tutorials. Responsibilities include developing curriculum materials, supervising assignments and dissertations, assessing student performance, and providing academic advising and mentorship. The role also involves participating in faculty meetings, contributing to academic quality assurance, and engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with trends in business and management education.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Business Management disciplines.
• Candidates should possess a background in University Teaching and academic training.
• Doctorate (preferably M.Phil. or PhD in Management or a related field) from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication, presentation, and academic writing skills.
• Ability to mentor diverse learners, manage classroom dynamics, and uphold academic integrity.
• Prior experience supervising student projects, theses, or dissertations is an advantage.
