Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans to meet sales and operational targets.
• Maintain optimal stock levels across all SKUs to prevent sales loss and shortages.
• Optimize production runs to reduce changeovers and conversion costs.
• Assess and plan production capacity, resources, and infrastructure for short- and long-term needs.
• Identify and address capacity gaps through strategic planning and capital investment.
• Ensure "First Time Right" production with a strong focus on minimizing waste and reprocessing.
• Implement and manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Plan and execute annual budgets and capital expenditure projects to support operational growth and future expansion.
• Optimize resource utilization and control production costs within approved limits.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote a safe working culture and ensure all equipment and processes comply with safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering — MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of managerial experience in production or manufacturing within the Beverages/FMCG industry.
