Factory Manager

HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is currently seeking a seasoned and results-driven Factory Manager for one of its esteemed clients in the FMCG industry based in Lahore. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires deep operational expertise, strategic vision, and strong people management capabilities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire plant operations, including production, quality assurance, engineering, maintenance, and safety. The individual will report directly to the GM Production and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient factory performance aligned with company goals.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who have previously led large manufacturing setups in the FMCG sector and are looking to make a significant contribution to a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations to ensure consistent and high-quality production output

• Lead cross-functional departments, including production, maintenance, engineering, and quality assurance

• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and cost-optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate with senior leadership (GM Production) to define plant strategies, production plans, and resource allocation

• Ensure rigorous adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

• Monitor plant performance through KPIs and initiate timely corrective actions

• Plan and optimize use of human resources, equipment, and materials to reduce waste and increase productivity

• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, accountability, and team collaboration

• Lead internal and external audits while ensuring full compliance with industry and company regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related disciplines)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment within the FMCG industry

• Proven experience in leadership roles such as Production Manager, Factory Head, or Operations Manager

• In-depth knowledge of plant operations, lean manufacturing, maintenance protocols, and quality assurance standards

• Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to lead change, manage crises, and execute high-stakes decisions under pressureFactory Manager
