Human Capital International is currently looking for skilled and dedicated Fabricators to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding to work in a professional environment where craftsmanship, precision, and safety are top priorities.

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, cutting and shaping metal components, and assembling metal structures using a range of welding techniques. You must be proficient in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes and have a strong understanding of quality control and safety standards in fabrication operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine fabrication requirements.

• Perform cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal components with high accuracy.

• Operate welding equipment proficiently, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding tools.

• Ensure all fabrication work meets safety guidelines and quality control standards.

• Conduct inspections of completed work to verify compliance with technical specifications.

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and support overall workshop productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualification: Minimum of Matriculation or Intermediate level education.

• Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in metal fabrication and welding.

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering schematics.

• Strong ability in metal cutting, shaping, grinding, and fitting.

• Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and adherence to quality standards.
