Description:
Human Capital International is currently looking for skilled and dedicated Fabricators to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding to work in a professional environment where craftsmanship, precision, and safety are top priorities.
As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, cutting and shaping metal components, and assembling metal structures using a range of welding techniques. You must be proficient in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes and have a strong understanding of quality control and safety standards in fabrication operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine fabrication requirements.
Perform cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal components with high accuracy.
Operate welding equipment proficiently, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding tools.
Ensure all fabrication work meets safety guidelines and quality control standards.
Conduct inspections of completed work to verify compliance with technical specifications.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and support overall workshop productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Qualification: Minimum of Matriculation or Intermediate level education.
Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in metal fabrication and welding.
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering schematics.
Strong ability in metal cutting, shaping, grinding, and fitting.
Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and adherence to quality standards.
