Fabric Inspection Machine Operator

Description:

Master Group of Industries is hiring Fabric Inspection Machine Operators with 2-3 years of experience in the textile industry. The role involves operating and monitoring the fabric inspection machine to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the fabric inspection machine and monitor fabric quality by identifying defects such as holes, stains, color variations, or weaving faults.
• Measure fabric width, length, and weight to meet specifications.
• Record defects using the standard coding system and mark defective areas.
• Ensure that inspected fabrics comply with company quality standards.
• Document inspection results for each roll of fabric, noting any defects found.
• Prepare inspection reports and submit them to the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment around the fabric inspection area.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate (Inter) / Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment.
