Export Sales Manager

 

Description:

Baba Bakers & Sweets is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to spearhead our global expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing export strategies, establishing international distribution networks, and driving business growth in overseas markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand global market presence.
  • Identify potential international markets and establish distribution channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on international market performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in international sales, export management, or business development within the food & confectionery industry.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, trade regulations, and global supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred but not mandatory)
