Export Officer

Description:

Fazal Cloth Mills is seeking a dedicated and experienced Export Officer to join their head office team in Multan. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 5 to 6 years of experience, preferably within the towel or weaving industry, who are capable of handling all export-related operations with precision and efficiency.

The Export Officer will be responsible for preparing and processing all customs and commercial export documentation accurately and ensuring timely submission. You will coordinate closely with banks to obtain Foreign Inward Remittance (FI) for export shipments and manage Bank No Objection Certificates (NOC) to facilitate smooth export consignment processes. Handling Shipping Instructions (SI) and liaising with freight forwarders will also be a key part of your role to ensure compliance with shipment schedules and export regulations.

You will act as a critical liaison between internal departments, freight forwarders, and financial institutions to ensure seamless communication and documentation flow, complying strictly with all applicable export laws and regulations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accuracy in documentation and supporting successful international trade operations.
