TRI Tech Digital is looking for an Expert Ebook Formatter with advanced technical knowledge of professional ebook formatting and digital publishing standards. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle complex formatting challenges and deliver high-quality, platform-ready ebooks.

Job Details:
-Position: Expert Ebook Formatter
-Experience Level: Expert
-Salary: Market Competitive
-Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
-Work Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
-Expert-level formatting for Amazon Kindle (KDP), EPUB, PDF, and print-ready books
-Ensure flawless layout, spacing, typography, and style consistency
-Create and manage advanced interactive Table of Contents
-Resolve complex formatting issues across devices and platforms
-Handle images, charts, tables, footnotes, endnotes, and hyperlinks
-Ensure full compliance with KDP, IngramSpark, and other publishing guidelines
-Perform deep QA checks and troubleshoot technical errors
-Coordinate with editors, writers, and designers for final delivery

Technical Skills & Expertise Required:
-Expert command of InDesign, Vellum, Atticus, MS Word (ebook standards)
-Strong understanding of EPUB & Kindle file structures
-Advanced knowledge of HTML & CSS for ebook formatting
-Print-on-demand formatting expertise (KDP Print, IngramSpark)
-Metadata management and version control experience
-Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
