We Remotify, a leading remote staffing solutions provider, is hiring an Experienced Virtual Assistant to support US-based business clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude to efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks for business owners.
📅 Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
📩 Handle email correspondence & maintain inbox organization
📊 Perform data entry, record-keeping & database management
🔍 Conduct online research & prepare detailed reports
📃 Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, & take minutes
📞 Provide customer service support when required
📝 Assist with document creation & proofreading
🔒 Maintain confidentiality & professionalism in all interactions
✔ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & online tools
✔ Strong organizational & multitasking skills
✔ Proactive and self-motivated work approach
✔ Experience with US clients is a plus
