Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.

• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote Zeenat Pret’s fabric offerings.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the fabric wholesale sector.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, including types, qualities, and applications.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
