PixelEdge, a leading USA-based software house, is urgently hiring an Experience Analyst to join their dynamic team in Lahore and Karachi. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in crafting communication strategies, supporting international clients, and delivering high-quality documentation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams via email, meetings, and calls.

• Write clear, concise content, including user stories, process documentation, and business communication.

• Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and high quality.

• Translate complex technical and business concepts into easily understandable language.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

• Experience: 2–3 years in data processing, sales & marketing, or client management.

• Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of Excel (Mid-Advanced).

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
