Description:
We are looking for someone who is upbeat, energetic and excellent in communication skills to act as “Executive Secretary” of Director / COO. This is a full-time support role for someone who’s organized, responsible, and able to keep track of what needs to be done across different work areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or Management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
