Description:

Pharmatec Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking a proficient Executive Officer – Insurance to handle all corporate insurance processes for employees and assets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing group insurance policies, claim processing, and vendor coordination. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and Excel proficiency are essential for this position.

You will play a vital role in ensuring employee and company coverage is well-managed, cost-effective, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage health, life, and asset insurance processes and renewals.

  • Handle insurance claims, documentation, and coordination with providers.

  • Maintain accurate insurance records and prepare reports for management.

  • Provide employee support regarding insurance policies and claim issues.

  • Monitor policy timelines, ensure timely renewals and coverage updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar insurance-focused role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
