Description:
As Executive Marketplace - Amazon, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding the company's presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and hands-on marketplace management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Amazon marketplace, including product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility on Amazon.
- Monitor marketplace performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimized product content, images, and descriptions aligned with marketplace best practices.
- Analyze sales data and competitor activities to adjust strategies for maximum profitability.
- Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon (PPC), ensuring optimized ACOS and ROI.
- Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure smooth fulfillment processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in Amazon marketplace management or e-commerce operations.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central tools and analytics.
