Description:

• Assist in development of risk based internal audit plan.
• Being risk aware and proactively identifying significant GRC related issues.
• Perform risk assessments for prioritization of audit engagements.
• Develop individual engagement plans and work programs.
• Independently lead engagements in line with the approved engagement plan and within the budgeted time, adopting the internal audit methodology and appropriate tools & techniques.
• Plan and perform compliance audits of different business areas.
• Prepare acceptable working papers by researching, compiling, and analyzing data to be presented within internal audit reports.
• Effectively communicate the results of engagements by discussing draft findings and preparing final reports.
• Assist in development of internal audit team capabilities.
• Establish on-going and periodic reviews of internal audit activities.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization by working as a team member on internal audit engagements and performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Competencies / Skills:

• Shall be well versed with Institute of Internal Audits & International Professional Practices Framework
• Shall be knowledgeable in COSO ERM, COSO Internal Control Framework, and, ISO 31000
• Specialized in Risk Analysis of Procure to Pay, Inventory management, Production and Quality Control Functions

Qualification:

• ACCA (Member) / CA (Finalist) / M.COM / MBA / CIA (part qualified / qualified)
