Yunus Textile Mills Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Industrial Engineer to join its Karachi-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, line balancing, and statistical performance tracking. This role requires expertise in process improvement, KPI analysis, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance operational productivity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Cell Formation & Line Balancing: Execute cell formation strategies and line balancing techniques to optimize operations.
✅ Style Bulletin System Implementation: Develop and manage a Style Bulletin system to improve workflow efficiency.
✅ KPI Management & Statistical Analysis: Maintain the KPI board, ensuring accurate performance tracking and statistical analysis.
✅ Kaizen & GEMBA Implementation: Lead Kaizen initiatives to establish standard work practices through KPI boards and GEMBA processes.
✅ Production Planning: Determine daily machine requirements to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
✅ Efficiency Studies & Rate Evaluation: Conduct Standard Allowed Minute (SAM) studies and evaluate rate structures for enhanced efficiency.
✅ Backup Scheduling Support: Act as a backup scheduler to ensure smooth operational continuity.
✅ Real-Time KPI Updates: Continuously update KPI boards to reflect real-time performance metrics.
✅ Piece-Rate Discrepancy Resolution: Ensure accuracy and transparency by clearing all piece-rate discrepancies.

Requirements & Skills:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, production optimization, or manufacturing process improvement.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
✔ Strong knowledge of line balancing, Kaizen, GEMBA, and KPI analysis.
✔ Experience in efficiency studies, rate evaluations, and SAM calculations.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to improve production processes.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment.
✔ Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
