Description:
The Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management, digital marketing, sales strategies, automation, managing and overseeing subsidiary companies and divisions of AZK, INC.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record in sales and business development management. The ideal candidate must actively work towards company growth, juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and deliver exceptional results tied to goals, benchmarks, and the KPI matrix.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple company divisions, building and maintaining strong relationships within the organization and outside.
- Understand each unique goal, objective, and challenge to provide tailored marketing, sales, and solutions to different challenges.
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, provide updates, and identify new opportunities in each department.
2. Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and sales strategies for each company's department and division.
- Align strategies with business objectives, market conditions, and industry trends for all different departments.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
3. Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's objectives.
4. Sales Growth
- Business strategist, who collaborates with sales and marketing teams to optimize business expansion efforts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for each company’s division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
5. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, account managers, and sales representatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds client expectations.
6. Reporting and Analytics
- Provide regular reports to CEO on campaign performance, KPIs,and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to optimize performance.
7. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to grow each business and achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
