AZK, a company specializing in health, wellness, and medical industries, is expanding into digital marketing, fintech, and real estate lifestyle products. We are looking for an Executive Director to lead the company's business development, digital marketing, sales, and administrative functions while implementing automation and technology-driven advancements.
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record in sales and business development. The ideal candidate should be capable of juggling multiple responsibilities, prioritizing effectively, and delivering exceptional results aligned with company goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for multiple company divisions, ensuring strong internal and external relationships.
Develop tailored marketing and sales solutions to address unique departmental challenges.
Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy updates for each department.
Design and implement digital marketing and sales strategies for each division.
Align strategies with business objectives, market conditions, and industry trends.
Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies for optimal performance and ROI.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for each division.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, account managers, and sales representatives.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
Provide guidance and support to ensure the team exceeds expectations.
Provide regular reports to the CEO on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.
Utilize analytics tools to measure marketing and sales effectiveness.
Identify trends, insights, and improvement areas to optimize strategies.
Develop long-term growth strategies for company expansion.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
✔ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency management.
✔ Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
✔ Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
✔ Leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM software.
✔ Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
✔ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
