Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Customer Care Support professional to join a dynamic team in Islamabad. This role requires someone who excels in communication, problem-solving, and can handle customer complaints and requests efficiently across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues by following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), investigating complaints thoroughly, and meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets for problem resolution. Strict adherence to company policies and procedures is essential to maintain service quality.
You will also be expected to assist with additional related tasks as required to support the overall customer care function.
Candidates should hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and have at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and strong decision-making skills are mandatory, while product and system knowledge will be considered a plus. Preferred certifications include communication skills training and basic MS Office training, with product training provided upon hiring.
