Description:
Enabling Tawal Europe and Tawal Asia business units to implement a framework and culture for process excellence. Supporting them in balancing process management on a daily basis with a drive for improvement of process effectiveness & efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and Policy Development: Support the timely development and review of processes, along with ensuring 100% alignment and compliance of the documents with the standard document structure and template of the Group.
- Process and policy documentation and archival: Ensure all documents received have the necessary approvals from the designated approving authorities. 100% approval record for all submitted documents.
- TAWAL PK Maturity Roadmap: Consolidate achievement data from all stakeholders against Quick-wins, Mid-term, and Long-term objectives, scrutinize any department showing 100% completion, and timely share the consolidated achievement data with the Internal audit.
- Tawal PK 2025 Sustainability Strategy – Charters & Execution: Consolidating relevant stakeholder data and submitting the required sustainability data against selected KPIs to the Group.
- Process and Policy (Support provided to Europe): Supporting European POCs in reviewing document structures and standard process and policy templates with HQ guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
Minimum Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and in TL9000 QMS or ISO certification.
