VisionX is looking for passionate candidates for the position of Executive Business Partner.

Daily activities

•Know everything about the business and act as CEOs spokesperson for the Islamabad Office.
•Plan, book, and coordinate CEOs travel.
•Assist with customer meetings and events – plan, schedule, and follow-up.
•Send out customer communication on behalf of the CEO – newsletters, point of views, etc.
•Work with CEO on business strategy and partnerships.
•Prepare corporate and strategy content (documents, decks etc.)
•Follow-up with the global teams on tasks assigned by the CEO and to meet the customer or internal deadlines.
•Perform customer, industry, and, market research.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Technical discipline.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Urdu).
•Expert in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote (being a Mac user is a plus.)
