Description:

1. To take overall accountability for office management.
2. Implement an appropriate stationery ordering and management process.
3. Managing the receptionist.
4. Planning and arranging internal and external meetings, video conferences and calls.
5. Handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
6. Dealing with expense claims and invoices.
7. Ability to stay calm under pressure as workload often requires multi-tasking.
8. Display professionalism, confidence and assertiveness.
9. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
10. General office management knowledge and experience including facilities, scheduling and organizing meetings and coordinating office hospitality.
11. Advanced IT skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
12. Excellent telephone manner while dealing with senior stakeholders.
