Responsibilities:

 

Calendar Management:

Efficiently manage and organize the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

 

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

 

Administrative Support:

Provide high-level administrative assistance, including document preparation, filing, and managing office supplies.

 

Meeting Coordination:

Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available in advance.

 

Travel Arrangements:

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

 

Information Management:

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, including financial reports, legal documents, and personnel records.

 

Problem Solving:

Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues, demonstrating the ability to problem-solve in a dynamic work environment.
