Allure Digital is looking for an Automation & AI Workflow Developer to build and optimize internal systems that streamline our performance marketing and operations.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about automation, AI integrations, and process efficiency. You’ll be working closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop intelligent workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and create dashboards that drive data-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and scale n8n workflows (self-hosted via Docker/VPS).

• Integrate telephony systems such as RingCentral, Twilio, and others.

• Develop AI-powered automations using APIs like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, etc.

• Connect and log workflow data into CRMs and databases (Airtable, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL).

• Create and maintain KPI dashboards to track automation performance.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify new automation opportunities.

• Write clear documentation for every process and workflow developed.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for stability and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).

• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data mapping.

• Familiarity with AI/voice APIs and scripting languages such as Node.js, Python, or JavaScript.

• Experience with Docker, VPS setups, and Linux environments.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
