Admin & Accounts Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Admin & Accounts Executive who can efficiently manage administrative operations along with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and familiar with banking procedures and standard office protocols.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination
  • Handle basic accounting tasks (expenses, invoices, petty cash, etc.)
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
  • Coordinate with banks and manage routine banking transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Assist management in reporting and operational tasks
  • Handle vendor coordination and office supplies management
  • Support HR and management in day-to-day activities

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with banking processes and documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
