Executive Administration

 

Description:

· Prepare Proposals, Draft and Final reports and obtain approvals by constant follow up.

· Obtain quotations for the work to be done for the company and manage all such service providers.

· Coordinate effectively with various employees of the company with regards to requisite execution of services for the clients

· Support Operations team in coordination, execution and other needed requirement for on-time execution of jobs

· Manage contractors, sub-contractors and service providers.

· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

· Liaising with colleagues (from various offices i.e. UAE, KSA, Qatar & UK) and external contacts manage travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

· Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information as per RICS requirements

· Scanning and printing of reports and various documents

· Prepare various materials using Word, Powerpoint and Excel programs.

· Correspondence as directed, this task requires strong attention to detail, accurate proof-reading capabilities, typesetting knowledge and strong grammar.

· Act as an administrative assistant to department heads completing correspondence and sundry duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

· Industrial Manufacturing / Business Graduate with 2-4 Years of relevant experience

· Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

· Communication Skills, Proficiency in English Language, Attention to Detail, and Innovation Skills
