PTCL Group, Pakistan’s leading technology conglomerate, is looking to hire an Executive – Deployment to join its growing operations in Lahore. As part of the deployment team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and field staff. You’ll play a key role in managing project rollouts, conducting site surveys, and maintaining strict adherence to PTCL’s SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver optimized FTTH solutions

• Supervise deployment activities and ensure compliance with PTCL specifications and standard operating procedures

• Continuously update project trackers to reflect real-time progress

• Collaborate with vendors, quality assurance, and operations teams to arrange PATs for completed FTTH projects

• Conduct site surveys and assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQs)

• Plan and finalize project sites efficiently and strategically

• Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and integration of FTTH sites

• Resolve Right of Way (ROW) issues by liaising with relevant authorities

• Track project milestones and ensure successful on-time completion

• Prepare Project Implementation Plans (PIPs) and submit progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Manage vendor relationships to guarantee timely FTTH deployment and successful PAT closure

• Submit feasibility reports based on site surveys for FTTH rollout strategies
