Description:

Siar Digital is looking for talented and detail-oriented professionals for the role of “Executive – Products & Inventory”. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data uploads and maintaining accuracy across multiple Shopify stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently uploading bulk product data via CSV files to Shopify stores.- Manually uploading and updating product images across various Shopify stores.

- Monitoring and identifying discrepancies in product descriptions, features, and other store information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Rectifying any product-related discrepancies and ensuring the integrity of store content.- Preparing reconciliation reports to track and document changes made to product data.

- Generating regular and ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to work with large data sets and generate meaningful reports.

- Solid understanding of Shopify stores and the processes involved in managing and updating product data.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Excellent organizational and time

-management skills.
