Description:

  • Work on Talent Budgets based on metrics such as FTE (Full Time), CTC (Cost to Company) and other talent activities to ensure better analysis and evaluation.
  • Manage and support annual process including but not limited to Goal setting, Mid-Year review, annual appraisal, Annual increment and Bonus payment and budget closure etc.
  • Drive Training and Development by conducting out LNA (Learning Needs Analysis), identifying current and future skill requirements of the organization and creating flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce)
  • Administration and advocate Human Resources policies, programs and practices.
  • Contribute to developing and overseeing implementation of HR policies/procedures, programs and practices
  • System updates in HRIS for routine changes in the company.
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances
  • Provide support on end-to-end EES (Employee Engagement Survey)
  • Implement engagement activities for employees with help of HR teams
  • Curate IDPs (Individual Development Plans) for the employees to assess their short term and long-term goals
  • Prepare employees for management and leadership roles. Help them gain and develop leadership competencies
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze company’s competitive position
  • Execution payroll for timely payout as per company policy.

 

  • Skills Required:
  • Having command on MS Excel is critical for this role. An excel power user would have added advantage.
  • Stakeholder management and getting deliverables achieved.
  • Good communication skills, having the ability to draft different organizational communications.
  • Ability to make good MS Power Point presentations would be an added advantage.
  • Support in recruitment will be added advantage.
