Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive operational audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes.

2. Identify and analyze areas of operational risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.

3. Collaborate with department heads and teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

4. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on audit findings.

5. Develop and maintain audit plans and schedules to ensure timely and thorough assessments.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in operational auditing.

7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

ACCA (part qualified/finalist), CA (Inter), ICMA (part qualified) professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.

2-3 years of proven experience in operational auditing, risk management, and process optimization.
