Exams And Registration Officer

 

Description:

This is a key academic administration role supporting exam operations, registry functions, and student services. The position is ideal for professionals who are responsible, detail-oriented, confident in spoken English, and experienced(not more than 6 yrs) in academic environments. The role requires ownership, maturity, and the ability to manage academic processes independently while coordinating with internal teams and UK stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate examinations and assessments, prepare academic reports, and liaise with awarding bodies

• Maintain accurate student records using SMS/SITS and support timetables and attendance

• Manage results, reassessments, and resolve academic discrepancies

• Provide student support for academic queries, extensions, and mitigations

• Work closely with Registry, Academic, and Student Services teams

• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with institutional policies

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field

Minimum 3 years of experience in academic administration or student services (mandatory)

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Professional, confidential, and student-focused approach

• Experience in customer service or call centers will be considered an advantage
