Estimator / Project Management

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in Metal Framing, Drywall, Ceiling Systems, and Insulation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Manage project schedules, resources, and client communication
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating and project management
• Strong knowledge of Metal Framing, Drywall, Ceiling Systems, and Insulation trades
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on US construction projects is preferred
