The S&P Global Sustainable1 ESG marketing team is a new team, founded to build awareness of S&P Global’s in-depth ESG intelligence providing financial institutions, corporations and governments an unmatched level of clarity and confidence to successfully navigate the transition to a sustainable future. Responsibilities
 

  • Social media – manage and write content for all Sustainable1 social media channels, promoting global campaigns and consistently implementing best practices. Incorporate the use of innovative, interactive assets and videos to increase engagement. Manage and develop the social media influencer program to increase the reach of our core messaging
  • Website – create optimized webpages on the Sustainable1 website for key campaigns. Improve the UX experience and user journeys on the site. Manage the creation of content within the team’s content schedule. Execute on new concepts and develop innovative ideas, such as data visualization, infographics and interactive media
  • Digital marketing – execute initiatives for SEO, SEM, Display, and Social, in both organic and paid channels to amplify promotions for the brand, products/solutions, thought leadership and events
  • Digital Reporting – support scorecard reporting on digital marketing assets. Deliver monthly reporting for web and social media channels, highlighting the level of growth and awareness of Sustainable1
  • Agencies – work with and direct existing marketing agencies Sustainable1 works with to manage social media paid advertising and web content creation
  • Development support – work with Development teams to deliver new web experiences on the Sustainable1 website, create user stories using Axure DevOps to provide clear specs

The ideal candidate will possess social media and digital content management experience, as well as demonstrate a keen interest in accelerating the transition to a low carbon, sustainable and equitable future. Detailed-oriented and an innovative mindset are critical, as is an enjoyment of learning and diving into new and unfamiliar topics while maintaining a focus on our strategic goals. Strong written and communication skills are critical, as is the ability to be a strong individual leader and contributor. The candidate must demonstrate their ability to deliver a top-quality client experience alongside strong attention to the details. Expertise with technical platforms such as CrownPeak, Adobe AEM, CDP, DAM, Analytics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Oktopost, BrandWatch, Axure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5 years+ social media and digital content management experience
  • Social media management experience, using Hootsuite and Oktopost. Advanced knowledge in key social media channels (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) including organic and paid campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of technical platforms (CrownPeak, Adobe), technologies, trends, and web analytics systems (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the digital world
  • Experience of using Axure DevOps or an equivalent software to create user stories for the Sustainable1 website
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels used to build B2B marketing campaigns
  • Outstanding communication/organization skills, entrepreneurial mindset and great research skills
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently to problem-solve using own initiative
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others beyond one’s reporting line
