🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Diagnose & resolve ERP/software issues and system errors
✔ Troubleshoot configuration and performance-related problems
✔ Collaborate with developers for bug fixing and issue resolution
✔ Maintain technical documentation, user guides & knowledge base
✔ Conduct user onboarding & training sessions
✔ Monitor systems proactively to ensure smooth operations
✔ Utilize AI tools to automate and improve support processes

🔹 Required Skills:

•SQL & Database Querying
Windows, macOS & Linux familiarity
•Basic Python / JavaScript / Java understanding
•Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong communication & analytical skills

🔹 Preferred:

•Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow
•Postman & API Testing
•CI/CD knowledge
•AWS / ITIL / CompTIA Certifications
